Executive course — Creative Direction

A program at the closest point between strategy and the studio — for leaders shaping the image of creative houses.

Participant profile

Creative directors, heads of studio, and brand & image directors of creative companies who want to structure a creative vision and direct multidisciplinary teams.

Objectives
Build and defend a holistic creative vision for a house or a brand.
Direct multidisciplinary teams — design, image, production — through a full campaign cycle.
Master the tools of modern art direction, from moodboard to AI-assisted workflows.

Programme

01
The creative vision

Define a point of view and translate it into a creative platform.

02
Directing teams

Lead designers, photographers and producers without flattening their voice.

03
Image & identity

Build coherent visual systems across shows, campaigns and retail.

04
The modern toolkit

AI tools, 3D and real-time workflows inside a creative studio.

05
Budget & negotiation

Defend a creative ambition in front of a leadership committee.

06
Final case study

Direct a full fictional campaign — presented to a live jury.

Pedagogy

The program is built on a Learner Experience Design model: every participant works on their own house's real briefs, alternating courses, demos and case studies.
